This lovely bungalow can be found in the Suffolk village of Bramford near Ipswich. It has two bedrooms and has the potential to sleep up to four people.

Hornbeams Coastal Cottage is a spacious and light bungalow based in the village of Bramford in Suffolk. It is only 2 miles from the town of Ipswich which is a convenient location for anyone visiting this delightful part of the country.

The property has a conservatory which is great for relaxing in and reading a book. The south-facing garden is perfect for eating al fresco or just unwinding with a cup of tea or glass of juice. The living room is also very homely and is a great place to chill out after a day exploring the local area. The property has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, shower room, a small study and a suitably equipped kitchen.

This property has gas central heating throughout with extra heating from an electric fire in the living area. There is an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living area has a TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player, radio, books, DVDs and games for guests to use during their stay. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are available. A travel cot and highchair can be requested from the owner.

Off road parking is available for two cars. There is a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture provided. Unfortunately, no smoking and no pets are allowed. The closest pub and shop are a 10 minute walk away.

Local Town Description

Bramford lies on one side of the River Gipping and is on the west side of the town of Ipswich in mid-Suffolk. It has a selection of amenities including some pubs that serve some delicious food, a village store, takeaways and a newsagent.

Ipswich is only a 10 minute drive away with all the facilities and amenities you would expect from a thriving town. There are bars, restaurants, museums, galleries and much more going on. There is also a choice of charming villages and towns in the neighbouring that are worth a visit such as Blakenham Wood Gardens, NT Sutton Hoo and the Heritage Coast.
