Washing machine, towels and bed linen (duvets) included, electricity included, DVD, garden with outdoor furniture, microwave, hairdryer, regret no pets and no smoking. Music system, oil central heating included 1st May to 1st October (other dates charged at £15.00 per week poa), parking, easy walking access, TV having freeview, video. Both Norfolk and Suffolk are easily available for touring and exploration, with Thetford Forest, Dunwich Heath, RSPB Minsmere and lovely Southwold being stand out attractions. Great cycling and walking, eye catching beaches, steam museums, the world famous Norfolk Broads and medieval Norwich with wonderful shopping. Five hundred yards to pub, half a mile to a shop.
