Cottage Description

Kingsway is a detached cottage based in the centre of the beautiful Suffolk countryside near the town of Framlingham. It has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people.

Located in the countryside village of Ubbeston Green, this property is a fantastic place to bring all the friends and family for a fun-packed break away in Suffolk with beautiful scenery and plenty to do all around.

The property itself has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. There are two shower rooms with one situated on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted and comes with a breakfast area. There is also a dining area.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property has full oil central heating with a wood burner in the living room. It has an electric oven, LPG gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living area has a TV, DVD player, radio, CD player and a selection of books, games and DVDs for guests to enjoy. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, cot and high chair are all provided.

Off road parking is available for three cars. There is a private large garden with outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, no smoking is allowed. Two well behaved dogs are allowed. The closest pub and shop are just 3 miles away.

Local Town Description

Ubbeston Green is a village that consists of a few cottages and is perfectly positioned to visit the delightful Suffolk coast. The market town of Halesworth is close by and has some special treats for tourists such as a centre for the arts with a theatre, music and film exhibitions and a Steeple End Gallery that houses paintings, textiles and sculptures from some prominent artists in the region.

In the surrounding area there are also plenty of shops, restaurants, markets and even a bowling green. The coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are within travelling distance and there are some historic castles at both Orford and Framlingham.
