Parking, radio, TV with freeview, easy walking access with ramp availability. Just eight miles from coastal Southwold with its summer theatre, and great shops and restaurants with local sea food. Great position to explore the Suffolk Heritage Coast, RSPB Minsmere, Sutton Hoo, Dunwich Heath and Woodbridge with its lovely harbour. Shop and pub one mile.

 Oaklands is a gem of a property nestled in its own gardens with private patio area. It is very comfortable and well equipped and has the extra touches that gave it a lovely 'homely' feel. We really didn't want to leave!
