Something a little different, the property is one that is based on the site of the old Brockford Station. A choice between a converted carriage and a newly constructed station building. Seating area and platform with lovely views. The Railway Carriage has a living room/diner with a drop down bed suitable for two children. Kitchen area. There is a double bedroom and a bunk bedded room with two foot six inch beds more suitable for children. Shower room/WC. Towels and linen (duvets) included. Also included is electricity, with the electric heating being included for May to September inclusive (£10.00 per week poa for other dates). TV with freeview, radio, DVD, microwave, hairdryer, parking, regret no smoking, one well behaved pets allowed, shared use of garden with furniture and patio, shared use of the indoor pool belonging to the owner (three quarters of a mile away - private use by arrangement). Property not suitable for the infirm. You are beautifully placed to take advantage of Ipswich and the lovely Constable countryside. The area is full of country lanes that are ideal for cycling and walking, and you will want to find time to visit RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich Heath, Aldeburgh, the lovely Suffolk heritage coast, and Bury St. Edmunds with its Theatre Royal. Two miles to pub and shop.
