This property is based at Brampton near Beccles in Suffolk and is only a few miles from the east coast of England. It has one bedroom with room to sleep two people making it ideal for couples that wish to enjoy some time alone. The Annex is entirely based over a ground floor and adjoins to the owner's home. It has one double bedroom and is an ideal holiday getaway for any couple that fancies a jaunt into the delightful countryside of Suffolk Its location in the rural village of Brampton means that everything is on your doorstep but you can also escape into serenity if you just fancy getting away from it all. The property has a cosy living area, dining room, fitted kitchen and a wet room that holds a shower. The private garden is stunning with flower borders and garden furniture that create a relaxing environment if you wish to stay at the property rather than explore the surrounding region. Amenities/Accommodation Overview Oil central heating provides the warmth throughout this cottage. There is an electric oven, hob, fridge and shared use of the owner's washing machine in the utility room. The living area has a TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio, CD player, books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all supplied. Off road parking is available for one car. There is a private garden area with outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking are allowed. The nearest pub and shop are just 1.5 miles away. Local Town Description Brampton is a beautiful village in Suffolk and is a fantastic place to come to experience some delightful cycling and walking paths. The nearby towns of Beccles and Halesworth have plenty of character whilst the coastal town of Southwold is also worth visiting and just 8 miles away. It has a pretty harbour, pubs, shops, museums, a pier and Gun Hill has cannons that point out to sea. The town of Walberswick is also nearby and has a number of tea rooms, shops, art galleries and restaurants. Dunwich Village, Dunwich Forest and Minsmere RSPB Nature Reserve are all places of interest worth discovering. The city of Norwich and town of Ipswich also provide all the modern facilities you could want from a popular urban area.

The property was situated in a very quiet and peaceful location. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. It is in easy reach of the coast and places of interest or you are able to just relax in the garden if you want to.

pretty rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and picturesque waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk provides beaches, saltmarshes and pretty and charming villages whilst equally as picturesque are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
