Accommodating up to four people, this property has easy access to all of the nearby shops and amenities of the town. 18 Mulberry Street has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a roll top bath. There is also a modern fitted kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. The steep stairs within the property might make it unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property has full gas central heating with extra heating provided from the open fire in the sitting room. In the kitchen, there is an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. 18 Mulberry Street also boasts a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player and a stereo/CD player. All of the fuel, power and a starter pack of fuel for the open fire are included in the rent. Guests are provided with bed linen and towels. A travel cot is available on request. Outside there is courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and roadside parking is available for one car with a parking permit, which is provided in the property. Guests are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog, which must be kept downstairs at all times. This property has a no smoking policy. There are shops, pubs, restaurants and Stratford train station within a short walk of the property. Local Town Description The charming town of Stratford-upon-Avon is steeped in history and culture and sits on the banks of the River Avon. It is most famous for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare and is home to a number of popular tourist destinations. The delightful River Avon offers an array of activities, which include cruises, rowing and motorboat rides. The ancient town of Warwick and the Cotswold villages of Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh are within easy reach.

The cottage was cosy and beautifully equipped. Only five minutes walk from Stratford-upon-Avon and all it has to offer. Loads to do in the town and close to hand, so no need to drive miles - a lovely relaxing holiday.

We liked the location and convenience of the property to the attractions and town centre of Stratford. The cleanliness and comfort of the property were exceptional and the beds were the comfiest holiday beds we have ever slept in. The key holder, was a definite asset.
