Just five miles from both Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa, this Grade II listed terraced cottage is just a few minutes walk from the centre of the attractive Warwickshire village of Lapworth.

A most pleasing village of lovely appearance, Lapworth is home to a number of local and national celebrities, and includes a well supported train station. None of this would have applied approximately three hundred and fifty years ago when the property was built, but you will be pleased how conversion works have successfully married old with new.

The accommodation offers one double bedroom having en suite shower room with basin, WC and cubicle. Sitting room with wood burner, and a fitted kitchen with dining space. Beams and other traditional features throughout.
