Cottage Description

This country-style cottage is close to the Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon. It sleeps up to five people in two bedrooms.

Fosbroke cottage has plenty of character with leaded windows, exposed beams and a period bread oven. From the garden you can enjoy wonderful views in a peaceful location. It has a light and comfortable living area and a fitted kitchen. The bathroom has a bath and a shower, one double bedroom and a room with a double and single bed. There is an adjoining area where guests can use the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Location

This property is well placed to explore the Cotswolds and all the small hamlets and villages surrounding the area. There is a park by the river just a short walk away. Within driving distance guests may wish to explore Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick Castle.

Activities within a twenty minute drive include: cycling, walking, horse riding, hiking, golf, theatre, a wine tour and fishing.

Amenities

Fuel and power are included in the rent as are bed linen and towels. There is a cot available.

For entertainment there is a TV, DVD player, CD player and a selection of games and books.

In the kitchen there is a cooker with oven and grill, toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave and a washing machine. Outside there is patio furniture and off road parking. Sorry no smoking.
