The Hayloft Family Cottage

Three hundred years old and full of character features. If that sounds your sort of atmospheric holiday accommodation, then the Hayloft will not disappoint you. A double gallery style bedroom and modern kitchen and bathroom blend well with featutres such as oak flooring, beams and original brickwork.

The area is a day trippers paradise with Warwick, Stratford, Leamington and the wonderful Cotswolds vying for your attention. Snitterfield itself is a lovely village with Domesday Book mentions.

Lovely shared garden ideal for outdoor eating, gas central heating for cosy winter breaks. Two other properties can be booked together to provide sleeping accommodation for eight people.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

A double gallery style bedroom with TV, freeview and low exposed beams. Ground floor bathroom with WC, basin, shower over bath and complimentary toiletries.

Open plan living space with character featuring sitting area with log effect electric fire, dining area with beams, kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. Availability of washing machine and tumble dryer on site for no extra charge. Gas fired central heating.

Inclusive of fuel, power, towels and bed linen, two car off road parking. Barbecue by request, outdoor furniture to enjoy the shared front garden with lawn, patio and fruit trees.

Regrettably no smoking and no pets, fishing available at £6.00 per day on owner's six reservoirs on site. Children must be supervised at all times. Shop three quarters of a mile, pub one mile, farm shop on site.

Local Town Description

Beautiful Stratford with its Shakeespeare connections, its theatre, historic buildings and beautiful river with boating is the jewel in Warwickshire's tourist industry and a top attraction for visitors from all parts of the world.

The picture postcard Cotswolds are not far away featuring honey pot villages and sweeping countryside. Cheltenham and Leamington are spa towns with beautiful buildings and parks dating from recent historic times.

The National Trust are very active in this area with numerous historic buildings and wonderful gardens to explore. Venture into the Midlands to enjoy some Industrial archeology and family attractions.
