Constructed of a pleasing brick appearance and set about three miles from Warwick, The Stables is a single storey property to be found in the village of Hatton in Warwickshire. There is a pleasing modern styling about the property.

The accommodation is arranged as two bedrooms being a double that has a TV, and a single. The bathroom has a WC, basin, and a bath with shower over. The sitting room has a beamed ceiling, as well as a dining area and a gas fire. The kitchen is bright and well equipped.

There is outdoor furniture for use in the small enclosed garden, while the property offers two car off road parking.

Local Town Description

Well set in what is famously known as "Shakespeare Country", Hatton is a superb place to use as a base to explore this marvellous area of Britain. You will be delighted to find that the Grand Union Canal runs through the village with the fascinating flight of twenty one locks representing a fine place to take a picnic and watch the boats and barges work their way through.

As with much of this lovely area, there are great local walks and cycling trails, through the exceptional open countryside. Visit Warwick with its wonderful castle and full range of amenities, while the spa town of Leamington has eye catching Victorian and Georgian buildings.

There is a plethora of National Trust properties in the area, while the beautiful honey-coloured buildings and villages of the Cotswolds are within easy touring distance.
