Cottage Description

Enjoying a rural location close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park is this delightful stone built detached cottage. Sitting just one mile from the villages of Addingham and Ilkley, this property can accommodate up to two people.

Reynard Ings Cottage is an all ground floor property, which has one double bedroom and a shower room. There is an open plan living area with a sitting room with a wood burning stove, well-equipped kitchen and a dining area.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property has electric storage heaters throughout and a wood burning stove in the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Reynard Ings Cottage also features a colour TV with Freeview and a DVD player. All of the fuel, power and a starter pack of wood for the wood burning stove are included in the price and guests are supplied with bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside the property, there is plenty of off road parking and a small front garden area with outdoor furniture. This is a no smoking property and no pets are allowed. There are shops and a pub just one mile away.

Local Town Description

The nearby historic village of Addingham sits between Ilkley and Skipton in the valley of the River Wharfe. There are a number of good pubs serving ale and food in the local area and a scattering of small shops. There is also a superb golf course for guests to visit. The scenic area of Bolton Abbey is just three miles away where visitors can enjoy a walk along the river to the 'Strid'. The Victorian Spa town of Ilkley and the market town of Skipton are both within easy reach and offer a good selection of amenities.
