Cottage Description

Sitting within the village of Wilsill close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park is this delightful stone built cottage. Just one mile away from the town of Pateley Bridge, this property can accommodate up to six people and is a great base for exploring all the local delights.

Rose Cottage is set over three floors and has one double bedroom, a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second floor twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The cottage also has a sitting room with an adjoining summer room, dining area and a well-equipped fitted kitchen.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property has gas central heating throughout with supplementary heat from a gas fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. Rose Cottage also features a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, stereo/CD/radio and a small library of books, games and DVDs. All of the fuel and power is included in the price and guests are supplied with bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside there is off road parking for four cars, lockable storage for bikes/canoes and a large mature garden with a fenced pond, patio area and outdoor furniture. No pets and no smoking allowed. The property sits just five minutes from a pub and one mile from shops.

The tiny rural village of Wilsill is made up of a scattering of buildings, farms and a pub. It enjoys a stunning location in the steep-sided valley of the River Nidd. Pateley Bridge is just one mile away and has a number of interesting shops to look around. The area is popular for walking, bird watching and is an ideal base for exploring this region of the Yorkshire Dales.
