Conveniently placed to act as a touring base for this wonderful heart of England location, you will be able to day trip to the Cotswolds, Shakespeare Country, as well take in the delights of Birmingham, England's second city, which is thirty miles away.

Sedgebarrow has great amenities including a village shop, a pub and a delightful church. Gardener's Cottage has two en suite bedrooms on the first floor, being a large double with extra single and a twin room. Both the bathrooms have showers over the baths and separate basin areas.

Ground floor with hallway, open plan sitting room with dining space and kitchen having Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Toaster, Oven, Hob, Grill, and Coffee Machine, being separate by way of a breakfast bar. French doors to shared garden.

The main fenced garden has a swing/slide set and a trampoline (with safety net), tables and chairs, whilst the extended garden has a large lawn , and an orchard with fruit trees and chickens, you can help yourself to seasonal apples.
