Conveniently placed to act as a touring base for this wonderful heart of England location, you will be able to day trip to the Cotswolds, Shakespeare Country, as well take in the delights of Birmingham, England's second city, which is thirty miles away.

Sedgebarrow has great amenities including a village shop, a pub and a delightful church. Groom's Cottage has an en suite bedroom on the first floor, having a double and a single. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, and separate WC.

Ground floor hallway, open plan sitting room with dining area and kitchen separated by a breakfast bar, and french doors that lead directly to the shared garden. The kitchen is equipped with Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Toaster, Oven, Hob, Grill, and Coffee Machine.

The extended garden has a large lawn, and an orchard with fruit trees and chickens, help yourself to seasonal apples. There is a trampoline with safety net in the main fenced garden, and a swing/slide set. On your arrival you can expect a warm greeting with a few goodies and a bottle of wine beckoning.
