Pennylands Lodge enjoys a stunning position in the quiet village of Broadway in the Cotswolds. Its location allows guests to discover the scenic surroundings of Worcestershire. It has two bedrooms with the potential to sleep four people.

This timber lodge detached cottage can be found in the grounds of the owner's B&B just outside the quiet village of Broadway in the stunning Cotswolds. It was featured on the Home Channel TV programme 'My Flatpack Home' so if you think you've seen it before, you probably have!

It enjoys splendid views over some of the magnificent untainted scenery of Worcestershire and is in a prime location to enjoy some seclusion and relaxation. It has two double bedrooms with one being a king size double bedroom and there is also a shower room. The living area is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen, living room and dining area.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

Electric convector wall heaters provide heating throughout this property. There is an electric fire in the living area as well. An electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine are all included. The living area has a TV with a DVD player. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are supplied. A travel cot is available upon request.

The garden comes with outdoor furniture and a barbecue upon request. There is bike storage provided. Off road parking is available for up to three cars. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking are allowed. The closest pubs, shops and restaurants are less than 1 mile away. Only babes in arms and children of 10 years old and above are allowed. Bookings at the time of 2012 Cheltenham Races will be charged at a higher price.

Broadway is a village that has gained the name of 'The Jewel of the Cotswolds' for its sheer beauty. It has a subtle position under the Worcestershire Hills and is one of the most attractive villages in this divine region. There is a plethora of cycling paths and walking routes through some simply stunning countryside.

Broadway has plenty to offer such as shops, galleries, hotels and restaurants. It offers guests the chance to get away from life's strains but also has a lot in the surrounding area to keep guests busy including such sites of interest as the Lygon Arms, Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham Spa and the city of Worcester.
