The Old Stables Family Cottage can be found on the land of Humblebee Hall in Worcestershire. It is a 17th century detached barn conversion and has three bedrooms with the potential to sleep six people.

Engulfed by seventy acres of land, this 17th century detached barn conversion has a rich past to boast. It can be found just outside the quiet village of North Piddle in Worcestershire and is ideally placed for any group of friends or family that wish to enjoy a break away to get some relaxation and rest.

The property itself has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one king size bedroom with en suite shower room facilities. There is also a family bathroom. Guests can also make use of an extra shower room outside that is shared. The kitchen has a dining area and there is a living room with an inglenook fireplace.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property has a full oil-fired central heating system with extra heating from the wood burner in the living room. There is an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge in the cottage with a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer located in an external utility room. The living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and CD player. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all supplied.

The private patio has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is also a Wendy house that is available for shared use. Additional sleeping is available in the tree house during the summer months but guests must bring their own bedding. Off road parking is available for up to three cars. Cycle storage is also provided. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking are allowed. The closest shop and pub are just 1 mile away.

Local Town Description

North Piddle is a quiet village located in one of the prettiest areas of England and is famed for the high standard of fruit and vegetables that are grown locally. It is based not far from Evesham, Broadway, Pershore and Droitwich Spa and is commonly stated as being one of the most beautiful villages in England.

The stunning Malvern Hills and the town of Stratford-upon-Avon are nearby so guests can visit the birthplace of Sir William Shakespeare. There is also a wealth of National Trust properties and gardens as well as Cheltenham Racecourse for those that fancy a flutter. The Cotswolds is also nearby and worth visiting if you wish to experience the pretty villages and scenery that makes up that wondrous part of England.
