Upper Sapey is a pleasant little village not far from Bromyard, and Tippins Dairy is a splendid barn conversion in a courtyard location close to the eighteenth century farmhouse belonging to the owners. A fine location overlooking Sapey Brook on a twenty eight acre smallholding. It also adjoins a local golf course in a magnificent country setting. The accommodation is to be found on the ground floor and provides two bedrooms being a twin and a double with en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Also shower room with cubicle, WC and basin. Sitting room with patio access and coal effect fire, dining area and fitted kitchen. South facing patio plus use of the Mediterranean style gardens belonging to the owner. Another property close by can be booked at the same time, giving total accommodation for six people. Amenities/Accommodation Overview Inclusive of fuel, power, towels and bed linen, full oil heating, dishwasher, fridge (freezer space by request), microwave, gas hob and electric oven. Laudry service available, radio/CD, DVD, TV with freeview. Two car off road parking, high chair and cot availability, bike storage, use of bowling green area by arrangement, wildlife pond and walks around the small holding, including Sapey Brook. Regret no smoking and no pets, evening meals available by prior arrangement, pub ten minutes walk, shop one and a half miles. Local Town Description A fine Herefordshire/Worcestershire border position with exceptional scenery, great local pubs and a choice of two excellent golf courses. Walkers will love the fact that it is only three miles from the Worcestershire Way footpath, and a mere half an hour from the lovely Malvern Hills. The market town of Bromyard, boasting some of the lovely local half timbered pubs, and evidence of Norman occupation is not far away as is Tenbury Wells. Ludlow has a growing "foodie" reputation to go with its rich history, and even has several Michelin starred restaurants. Further afield consider touring Warwick, Stratford and the fascinating Ironbridge Gorge Museums, plus the ever popular Severn Valley Railway.
