Positioned close to the owner's eighteenth century farmhouse on a twenty three acre small holding, the property is a single storey gold award winning detached barn conversion. Upper Sapey is located on the Worcestershire/Herefordshire border and the property itself adjoins the golf course and overlooks the brook.

The ground floor accommodation offers a super king size Zip and Link bed (can be twins if required), en suite shower, basin and WC. Open plan daytime accommodation with french window to raised balcony deck area.

The property was a barn and probably has origins dating back to the 1700's. It now offers splendid, well presented accommodation for two people seeking a romantic break while exploring this lovely part of the country. Make use of the owner's wildlife pond, bowling green and Mediterranean Garden.

Local Town Description

Upper Sapey is well positioned for walking enthusiasts to take advantage of the many local paths, with the Worecestershire Way Footpath only three miles away. A half hour car journey will take you to the beautiful Malvern Hills.

Ludlow is a must visit destination with its castle and increasing reputation as a "foodie" centre, as well as a chance to take in the Ludlow Festival featuring crafts, arts and music. The proximity of the Welsh border and the Midlands with its fine industrial heritage will ensure that you are never short of places to visit.
