This modern and spacious five-bedroom house sits within a short walk from the centre of the charming town of Llangollen and can accommodate up to ten people. 1 The Beeches has three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with en-suite and separate bathroom facilities. There is a superbly fitted kitchen, large conservatory, sitting room and dining area. There is also a patio garden and a summerhouse with views of Castell Dinas Bran, which is a hillside ruin that is popular with walkers. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property enjoys full gas central heating and there is a gas fire in sitting room. In the kitchen, there is a Rangemaster cooking range with electric double ovens, five-ring gas hob and hot plate, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The property also has a large TV/DVD with Freeview in the sitting room, four further TVs/DVD players with Freeview and a stereo/CD player. All the fuel & power is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. A travel cot, highchair and a stair gate can be made available. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars, which is shared with the owner. There is also an enclosed rear patio garden with a summerhouse, outdoor furniture and a large gas BBQ area. Two dogs are welcome for a small extra charge per week. This is a no smoking property. All of Llangollen's amenities are just a four-minute walk away. Local Town Description Often referred to as 'The Gateway to North Wales', Llangollen is a riverside town with an impressive mountain backdrop, which sits alongside the boulder-strewn River Dee. The annual musical festival, Eisteddfod is held close to the town and guests can enjoy exploring the surrounding valley by steam train, canal boat on foot or cycling routes up to Castell Dinas Bran. The town has a good selection of amenities including shops, pubs and places to eat. The National Trust properties of Chirk Castle and Erddig are within easy reach.

An excellent property in a beautiful and convenient location. Spacious and comfortable house with all we needed and more. Felt luxurious and therefore we felt spoilt. The owners' were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend the cottage and I would love to stay there again. A fabulous find! We had a very enjoyable and memorable holiday!
