Situated on a smallholding close to the town of Llangollen is this impressive detached barn conversion. This property is superbly presented, features exposed beams and can accommodate up to six people. Bryn Howell Stables has three bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities. There is a wood burning stove in the living room and a well-equipped fitted kitchen. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property benefits from having full oil central heating and under floor heating in the kitchen, hall and utility area. There is also a wood burning stove in the living room. In the kitchen, there is a double electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The property also has a flat screen colour TV and DVD player. All the fuel and power is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests, who also receive a welcome pack on arrival. A cot, highchair and stair gate can be made available on request. Outside, there is off road parking for two vehicles, bike storage and an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Fishing on the River Dee and a tackle loan can be made available by prior arrangement with owner. One dog is welcome. No smoking is allowed. There are shops just two-miles away and a pub within a five-minute walk from the property. Local Town Description Often referred to as 'The Gateway to North Wales', Llangollen is a riverside town with an impressive mountain backdrop, which sits alongside the boulder-strewn River Dee. The World Heritage Site of Pontcysylite Aqueduct is also nearby. The annual musical festival, Eisteddfod is held close to the town and guests can enjoy exploring the surrounding valley by steam train, canal boat on foot or cycling routes up to Castell Dinas Bran. The town has a good selection of amenities including shops, pubs and places to eat. The National Trust properties of Chirk Castle and Erddig are within easy reach.
