A most pleasing and unusual brick built property which adjoins the owner's home of nineteenth century barn origins. Tasteful retention of original features alongside more contemporary fittings and fitments.

The accommodation offers two bedrooms, being a mezzanine double as well as a ground floor single. The shower room has a WC, basin and large shower, and an eye catching open plan day time layout with dining, kitchen and sitting areas.

You will have shared access to the owner's extensive lawns and gardens of one acre, with summer house, eight seater hot tub and ornamental fish ponds. Also private area with barbecue and outdoor furniture.

DVD and TV, travel cot availability, two car off road parking, bike storage, regret no pets and no smoking, fifteen minutes walk or two minutes drive to restaurants, pubs and shops.

Local Town Description

Rossett is to be found on the banks of the River Alyn, six miles from Chester and just fifteen miles from Llangollen. Of local interest is the Jacobean Trevalyn Hall and a most unusual nineteenth century church of an eccentric design. Enjoy the shops, hotels and pubs.

Bird watchers and wild life enthusiasts will love the comings and goings around the river with cormorants, kingfishers, and herons among the species likely to make an appearance.

There are wonderful exploring and day tripping prospects in this area with Roman Chester and beautiful Llangollen setting the tone for some wonderful days out.
