With a history as the old smithy, this delightful eighteenth century, semi-detached cottage is just right for a couple or a small family wanting to enjoy the lovely countryside and indulge in a bit of local and distance touring to take in the wonderful attractions and scenery in this part of Wales.

The two bedroom accommodation is offered as a double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is a bathroom with a basin, WC, a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The sitting room has a log effect electric stove, while there is also a dining room and a fitted kitchen.

Period features include a large fireplace and beamed ceilings, and you can take advantage of the attractive front garden, as well as the side garden with barbecue, furniture and lovely surroundings.

Local Town Description

Graigfechan is to be found north of Llangollen by use of the exceptionally beautiful Horseshoe Pass. Llangollen is world famous for the festivals of song and dance, and also has a popularity with walkers. Talking of walkers, they will love the Offa's Dyke Five, which is a five and a half scenic walk along the Clwydian Hill Range.

Seven hundred year old Ruthin has St.Peter's Square which has pretty half timbered houses, as well as the well known craft centre featuring work by some well regarded artists and craftspeople.

Take a chance on the white water rafting on the River Dee, while other attractions are great walks and bike rides, Loggerheads Country Park, Moel Famau and the lovely Lake Brenig.
