Cottage Description

A most attractive and pleasing holiday property, both internally and externally. It is positioned adjacent to the property belonging to the owner, and to the quiet touring caravan park, which is only open for seven months of the year.

There is open plan accommodation that leads to a gravelled area by way of French doors. The four acre setting is to be found in Bodfari, with lovely Clwydian Hill Range views, just four miles from Denbigh.

Open plan living area with Maplewood fitted kitchen, dining area & sitting area with French doors to gravelled sitting area. A king sized double bedroom with en-suite shower, basin & WC, a three quarter sized double which is accessed by one side only. Shower room with shower, basin & WC.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

Inclusive of power, fuel, bed linen and towels, full LPG heating. Dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, gas hob and electric double oven, shared use of owner's freezer. CD player, wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD. Two car off road parking, secure bike store, outdoor furniture for two sitting areas, communal sitting area overlooking neighbouring pond. Regret no smoking and no pets, four minutes walk to shops.

Please note, the caravan park is open mid March to mid October, and is quiet, friendly and accepts tourers only.

Local Town Description

Bodfar has an exciting and varied past with a Celtic camp circa 500 BC, a Roman encampment and a village of pre-Norman times, the church of St. Stephen being a link to this last settlement.

A bit quieter these days, it has a shop, and a surrounding area that has good country pubs and eateries. Great walking along the nearby Offa's Dyke Pathway, while the thirteenth century castle at Denbigh is not far away. Denbigh itself has lovely streets and a selection of restaurants,shops,and pubs set in lovely countryside.
