The hotel in its first year has achieved the Scottish Tourist Board 3 star rating which we endeavour to maintain and increase at all times through our staff training in the service of our customers for accommodation food and beverage. We are extremely happy to accommodate large parties whether staying dining or having a restful drink in the Lounge bar in front of the open fire with the pleasing sound of the crackling logs. Various private dining rooms are also available The Snug holds up to ten and The Lindsay Suite can hold up to 120 for a seated meal at any time of day as long as it has been pre-booked. From Aberdeen follow the main A90 to Dundee South.Travel approximately 40 miles along till you come upon a signpost for Edzell and Edzell Woods. Take this turning to the right which will take you off the dual carriageway. Follow the road for approximately 2 miles past the old airbase and Edzell Woods and at the end of the road turn left. Follow the road from another 2 miles and you will reach Edzell.When you arrive in Edzell there will be a small roundabout go straight on and the hotel is immediately on your left hand side. |
