If you are planning to visit family or friends from HM Naval Base Clyde then you will have a short fifteen minute drive and it will be on your left hand side along the seafront. Loch Lomond National Park is about 30 minutes by car it is in Balloch and it also near the Loch Lomond retail outlets. The International Loch Lomond Golf Club where Barclays Scottish Open Championships is played every year is just a short 15-20 minute drive away from where our hotel is located. The renowned West Highland Railway to Oban Fort William and Mallaig is a must along with a sail on the Waverley the worlds last seagoing paddle steamer. Loch Lomond and Loch Katrine also offer boat trips.
