The Station Hotel is a grand Victorian building built in 1885 located in the heart of Ayr town centre and conveniently situated next to Ayr Railway Station. It is an perfect place to stay if you are visiting the legendary Ayr racecourse which entertains the Scottish Grand National Gold Cup and the Ayr Silver races. Prestwick International Airport is well-located being a ten min drive away or eight min train ride. We are with in walking distance from the main shopping centres beach a wide variety of entertainment facilities and only a ten minute bustaxicar drive from the Robert Burns Museum and Robert Burns Cottage. The hotel consists of 71 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms can accommodate up to five people and we supply travel cots for families travelling with young children. Each room comes equipped with freeview television radio telephone hairdryer kettle ironironing board and trouser press. The hotel benefits from wireless connections in the public areas throughout the hotel.
