The Kingsknowes is set in the heart of the romantic Scottish Borders and overlooks Abbotsford House- Sir Walter Scotts ancestral home - the River Tweed (famous salmon river) and the stunning Eildon hills. From the NorthEDINBURGH via A7 Continue on the A7 through Galashiels one way system past TESCO and ASDA and straight over the small roundabout up Brawlads Brae. Drivestraight over two small roundabouts at the third (large) Kingsknowes Roundabout take the A7 (for Selkirk and Hawick) take the first left at the hotel sign continue through housing to the hotel at the bottom of the road. |
