We are a local family managed guest house where a welcoming relaxed atmosphere awaits you. Conveniently located just a short level walk from the award-winning beach Victorian seaside town and our Heritage Steam Railway. We welcome children with there own smiley face English breakfast. Our ground floor twin room is idea for friends travelling together and those less mobile. We aim to make your stay as pleasurable and comfy as possible all rooms have; en-suite Digital T. VDVD easy chairs mini fridge CD clock radio hair dryer luxury bath sheets and bath robes. The tea tray has an assortment of hot beverages and fresh milk and wifi available. After a relaxing nights sleep treat yourself to a delicious full English breakfast we use a local butcher to supply bacon hand made sausages and free-range eggs our breakfast bar has a selection of fruit juices cereals fresh fruit and yoghurt for you to enjoyand selection of teas and fresh filtered coffee to whet your appetite. We like to think that we can cater for most individual dietary requirements.

From Wareham follow A351 to Swanage continue on the A351 towards seafront this will bring you onto Victoria Avenue you will see signs to Main Beach long stay carpark we are situated opposite the entrance to the carpark.Our parking is at the rear of the property pass the house take the next left into Northbrook Rd and immediately left into back access lane (please drive carefully)you will find Grace Gardens parking. |
