Located directly opposite the stunning Sherborne Abbey and a stones throw away from the historic town centre of Sherborne. The Plume of Feathers is an perfect retreat for holiday makers tourists and business people alike. We offer 3 rooms 2 of which are contain double beds and are interlinking perfect for families friends or couples. These rooms are directly above the pub and skittle alley and have easy access to our garden. These rooms are offered as 1 booking for up to four people. We also have our newly decorated twin room which is totally self contained and located overlooking the courtyard aptly named the loft due to its position above the arched entrance to the rear of the property. The pub itself provides a bar area with pool table restaurant facilities with an brilliant home cooked menu and a skittle alley that is used by our skittle team and also offered out as a function area. The pub itself is open for drinks until midnight Sunday - Thursday and untill 2am Friday and Saturday. We are Sherbornes premier music venue and the home to Sherborne Jazz Club. Every Thursday and Friday there is live music in the pub in the form of open mic and live bands and occasionally during the week and Saturday nights you can take pleasure in Jazz music supplied by Sherborne Jazz club.

Directly in front of Sherborne Abbey. For car parking drive down the small lane in between the Rajpoot Indian restaurant and The Half moon public house on Half Moon Street. Half way down is a sign for Half Moon Car parking. Turn in to here and head towards the bottom of the car park where you will see signs for The Plume of Feathers parking. Although this is a pay and display car park our car parking spaces are free to our customers. |
