Hotel Description
The Moreig Hotel was a Victorian private townhouse and was converted to a hotel in the early 1900s. The Black family took over the hotel in 1990 transforming it to a flourishing local hotel with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a reputation for fine food. Thats why guests come back time and time again. Downstairs the hotel has a beautiful redecorated bar and dining area along with a private function area that can cater for private parties of up to 80 people. Upstairs the hotel has ten redecorated rooms all of which are en-suite and offer colour television tea and coffee making facilities and direct dial telephones. The rooms are a mixture of doubles twin and single rooms with a comfy and homely feel to suit every guests needs. Breakfast is cooked to order by our experienced kitchen team. Your order is freshly cooked once you have made your choice ensuring you get the best quality and taste from our traditional Scottish breakfasts.
