We are just a few metres from the iconic Barmouth Bridge and 5 minutes walk from the beach town and harbour area in fact there is a secret beach a hundred metres or so away. Barmouth is the ideal base for exploring the breathtaking scenery of Snowdonia National Park or if you prefer walking bird-watching cycling and mountain- biking right from our doorstep. We are located near to the start of the Mawddach Trail Mawddach Way and the Panorama Walk. We are also ideally situated for a restful getaway - wonder in to town to your favorite restaurant or discover the castles railways and beaches of the region. We offer 8 en-suite rooms all with flatscreen TV and tea and coffee making facilities Egyptian cotton linen bedding and Taylors or London toiletries. There is a comfy lounge area where you can unwind after your day out and about a large conservatory overlooking the harbour and beach and a bar so that you can take pleasure in a peaceful drink as the sun sets over the estuary. For breakfast you can have the full Welsh or lighter options. Most of our food is either home made or sourced locally. The lodge has its own car park for use by our residents.

From the A 470 (the south) take the Barmouth turnoff. When you pass the Welcome to Barmouth sign you will see the distinctive Clock House on the left. The road then narrows and winds through a couple of bends before coming to more houses on the left. It then makes a sharp right turn and then a left. Lawrenny Lodge is on this left hand bend on the right hand side of the road.From the north take the coast road through Harlech and then on to Barmouth. Pass through the main street of Barmouth and continue on the main road. |
