Dating from around 1185 The Pandy is said to have been built by Sir Richard de Brito during his construction of the neighbouring village church in penance for the murder of Archbishop Thomas a Beckett. Today the inn retains much of its historic character and provides a warm greeting to guests and locals alike.

After a long walk cycle or drive in the pretty Golden Valley and Brecon Beacons National Park the Pandy Inn is the perfect place to unwind and take pleasure in a pint of local ale and a good meal. We are also delighted to announce that the Pandy is once again an inn in the true sense of the word. The accommodation is an ECO welcoming Timber House built using traditional methods to a contemporary design. It comprises of five en suite spacious rooms with stunning views across the Golden Valley.

Whether staying for a weekend mid week break or a longer vacation the Pandy Inn provides you a wonderful base from which to discover this stunning region its rich history and its many activities. Each of the rooms are decorated with luxury and comfort foremost in mind. All the rooms have large patio doors flat screen TVs with free sat tea and coffee making facilities and crunchy short bread biscuits.
