Theres always a warm greeting at our family welcoming bed and breakfast near the historic market town of Long Sutton Lincolnshire. Located down a peaceful lane only off the A17 in a Grade II listed Georgian Hall our larger rooms boast 4 poster beds and our delicious breakfasts feature produce from our smallholding (also available to buy through our farm shop). A true taste of the countryside. Set in only over an acre of grounds in rural Lincolnshire near the meeting of 3 counties we are perfectly placed as a base from which to discover the unspoilt beauty of Lincolnshire Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. All 3 rooms contain a digital television with FreeviewDVD tea and coffee making facilities with a mini fridge containing fresh milk towels dressing gowns and complimentary toiletries. Free WiFi is available upon request. We pride ourselves in using the best freshest local ingredients in our breakfasts and we know we can deliver on this promise as the sausages bacon and eggs are produced by us on our smallholding! The sausages and bacon come from our own herd of rare breed pedigree Berkshire and Tamworth pigs and the eggs are so fresh you can even collect them yourselves that extremely morning from our flock of free-range chickens. For business travellers we offer an early breakfast upon request so you dont have to miss out if you have to get an early start. Breakfast can be served in the Morning Room which features original wood panelling and catches the early morning sun or in our dining hall if youd prefer. Evening meals can be provided (with 24 hours notice) example menus are available for viewing online. We welcome families especially those with young children and can supply anything from travel cots to tailor-made baby packs to make your stay more enjoyable; we even offer a baby-listening service. With many animals from a pony to piglets often present at the hall and outdoor play equipment suitable from toddlers to teens we have plenty to keep them occupied while parents can watch from the patio in the peaceful surroundings. The Morning Room is also available for use by our guests throughout the day and on chilly evenings we light the wood burning stove ideal for warming your feet by while you unwind and relax with a drink before retiring.

Driving From Kings Lynn (15miles 25min) take the A17 towards Spalding Cross Sutton bridge and keeping in the right hand lane take the first exit signposted A17 then at the next roundabout take the second exit (right) signposted A17 Spalding. Straight over the next two roundabouts (towards Spalding) then Lutton Garnsgate is the second turning on the left before the next roundabout. Garnsgate Hall is the first house on the right. From Peterborough (32miles 55min) follow the signs for Spalding via A16A1073 until you join the A16 at Spalding. |
