Originally built in 1180 on the site of old Roman Stables this former Monastery has been sympathetically restored preserving the original flagstones and the 14th Century medallions neighboring the Nuns Court are said to depict the 9 Roman Emperors to have visited Caerleon. A amazing selection of daily fresh fish seafood meat and game are displayed in the main restaurant complimented by a vast cellar of wines champagnes and ports served from the Priorys stunning Oak Bar.
