Built with in an historic warehouse we have four eight and 10-bed dorms as well as private singles doubles twins quads etc. Any all-male or all-female groups are required to inform us prior to making a reservation. We allow a certain number of Stag and Hen Groups golfing trips football trips etc but once our designated number is exceeded we reserve the right to refuse any groups either at the time of enquiry pre-reservation after the reservation has been made or even upon arrival. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are assuring us that you are a) Not a single-sex bunch or b) You have received an email from our reservations team permitting your single-sex bunch reservation. All our private rooms and dorms are ensuite centrally heated and all rates include a Continental Breakfast Buffet. We also have a guest kitchen and dining room guest laundry WiFi access throughout the building (its Free in the bar!) Internet terminals secure luggage storage a meeting room with phone and internet access a chill-out room and specially built female just rooms and dorms with all the trimmings No Mans Land as we like to call it. Oh yeah weve got The Ware Rooms too. Whats that I hear you say just the best bar in all of Newcastle thats all! This bar has been designed by Newcastles premier bar designer and is the prime spot to take pleasure in cheap wholesome meals with new friends or a night out with excellent tunes cheap drinks and cocktail specials. Why not try our extremely own cocktail The Ware Wolf (but be carefulit bites).

From Central Station Walk out the main exit and turn right on Neville Street. Keep heading along Neville and then cross over and veer left down Collingwood St. This then becomes St Nicholas Square which then becomes Mosley St. You can now see a large building at the end with a pink triangular facade. When you get to the large roundabout at the end turn left up Pilgrim Street. Take the first right down Worswick St. Youll see us at the bottom of the street.
