THE STRATHARDLE GLEN has many attractions for the visitor - walking, cycling, deer stalking, various forms of shooting, trout & salmon fishing, golf plus the multitude of castles, museums and gardens and not to forget that during the summer months on most weekends there are Highland gatherings featuring traditional activities such as tossing the caber, tug-of-war, Highland dancing and pipe band contests. There is also a wide variety of countryside to explore and enjoy, from the gently rolling farmland of Fife through the fishing towns and villages of the Angus coast, to the mountains and lochs of the awe-inspiring Highlands.
