The Crown Hotel has been sympathetically restored to retain this heritage and provides fourteen en-suite bedrooms as well as a restaurant and bar. Each bedroom at The Crown Hotel is unique all tastefully and individually decorated and all equipped with digital TV and free Wi-Fi internet. The front of our hotel overlooks the historic market square with views that stretch across the town - there are tables and chairs for you to sit and take pleasure in the atmosphere and views. For a bit more seclusion there is a pretty courtyard at the back of our hotel. The Crown Hotel is well positioned to discover the marvellous local attractions such as Framlingham Castle only a short walk from the hotel Minsmere Nature Reserve Easton Farm Park (perfect for children) and Woodbridge Tide Mill. By Car From the North- Take the A14 signposted Harwich Felixstowe and Bury St. Edmunds. Shortly after Stowmarket take the A1120 Stowupland turn off. Follow the A1120 to Saxtead Green and then take the B1119 to Framlingham. On entering Framlingham follow the signs to the town centre and you will see The Crown Hotel on the Market Hill.From the South- Take the A12 to Ipswich join the A14 to Felixstowe and then rejoin the A12 signposted to Lowestoft. Shortly after the market town of Woodbridge leave the A12 on the B1116 to Framlingham. |
