Under new ownership from 18th November 2011 and with a complete refurb its now a contemporary friendly welcoming pub. The new head chef Adrian awarded in other countries for his food is producing some brilliant dishes and compliments are flowing in about the new menu. The Vale Hotel is at the southern gateway to the Cotswold water park which provides activities as well as sailing waterjet skiing angling horse riding and golf.

We are six miles from Swindon and Cirencester for some excellent shopping trips or you could take a walk through the rare fritillary fields. We are in easy access to the M5 and M4 so if you would like to discover some of the bigger cities such as Bath Bristol Gloucester or Oxford all are just a 40 minute drive away.
