4. Whipsnade Tree Cathedral - Whipsnade, Bedfordshire. LU6 2LL
Whipsnade Tree Cathedral is a unique 9 acre garden planted in the shape of a Cathedral in response to the memories of World War One and is owned by the National Trust.

Houghton House today is the remains of a 17th century house with spectacular views and allegedly the inspiration for the "House Beautiful" in Pilgrims Progress. An English Heritage Property.
