1. Nash Point Lighthouse - Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan, CF61
The Nash Point Lighthouse has been keeping mariners safe in the Bristol Channel for over 175 years. This was the last manned lighthouse in Wales and with a resident lighthouse keeper right up until 1998. You can walk around the lighthouse and explore the stunning coastline for a new perspective.
2. Glamorgan Heritage Coastline -
South Wales has a dramatic, romantic coastline. You can explore some of the most stunning sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and secluded coves on the 14-mile Glamorgan Heritage Coast. There is a number of delightful trails for both walking and cycling, which stretch across the green landscape and pass through many pretty towns and villages.
These lovely gardens are set in miles of beautiful parkland. Features include pretty woodland and marsh areas, a Japanese bridge and the Admirals Tower. You can also visit the historic Clyne Castle and see some panoramic views out over Swansea Bay.
